TommyTalksTherapy is a counselling and mental health service offering compassionate, client-centred support for individuals, couples, and organisations. I provide one-to-one therapeutic counselling sessions in a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship challenges, and life transitions at their own pace.
Alongside individual work, TommyTalksTherapy delivers mental health workshops focused on practical tools for managing anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, and everyday wellbeing. These workshops are designed to be engaging, accessible, and grounded in real-life experience.
I also offer couples counselling, supporting partners to improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict with clarity and care.
For organisations, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) are available, providing confidential short-term counselling and wellbeing support to employees, helping to promote healthier, more resilient workplaces.
